Is this a dress rental business?
Yes! Most of our gowns are available to rent for photoshoots, events, and special occasions. Rental pricing allows you to wear something beautiful without the full-cost commitment.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we offer domestic shipping within the United States. Your dress will be shipped directly to your address, and your rental period begins the day you receive it.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available for those in the Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR areas. Pickup and drop-off times will be scheduled after booking.
Are any of the dresses available for purchase?
Yes! Some dresses are available to purchase. If a dress is available to buy, it will be clearly stated in the listing. If the listing does not mention purchasing, it is rental-only.
How long is the rental period?
Rentals are between 7 to 14 days, starting the day you receive the dress.
Is cleaning included?
Yes, cleaning is included in the rental price. Please do not wash or spot-treat the dress yourself.
What happens if the dress gets damaged?
Significant damage or staining may result in part or all of the deposit being withheld. If something happens, please just let us know. We’re here to help, not to shame!
Can I try on the dresses before renting?
Local try-on appointments are available depending on schedule and dress availability. Message to arrange an appointment.
What if I need the dress longer?
If extra time is needed, please reach out before your return date to request an extension (based on availability).
Deposit FAQs
Do rentals require a deposit?
Yes. Each rental requires a fully refundable security deposit.
How much is the deposit?
For rental items priced under $70, the deposit amount matches the rental price.
For rentals priced at $70 or more, the deposit is a flat $100.
When do I get my deposit back?
Deposits are refunded after the dress is returned and inspected for condition. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process through your bank.
How do I add the deposit to my order?
To avoid delays in shipping, you must add the deposit to your cart at checkout. Click the + button next to the deposit option on the dress listing to include it.
What if I am renting more than one dress?
Each rental item requires its own deposit. Renting multiple dresses means multiple deposits.
